Three Sisters

These ‘Three Sisters’ symbolise a unified sibling endeavour to stride forward together in the face of adversity.

Three sisters are used throughout mythology, folklore and literature,
and as Edith Hall, scholar in classics and cultural history explains:

“The number three is indivisible, it’s a prime number, so if you symbolise a plurality that is not possible to be divided - unity, three-in-one, like in Christian thought - then it’s a very obvious symbol”.
